WHAT TYPE OF APARTMENTS ARE
Bel Air/Village West offers 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans. We also
have 4 houses available for rental! Ask your leasing specialist
which floor plan may work best for you based on what you are
looking for in your new apartment home.
DO YOU REQUIRE
The requirements to live here would be to make 3x or more the
amount equal to 1 month’s rent, have a credit score above a 550 and
a clear credit history. One resident can be approved on their own
or provide a cosigner that meets the above requirements. If one
cannot provide that, they may pay a deposit that is equal to 1 or 2
months of rent depending on their credit and income.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES/DEPOSITS?
1. Application fee: $50 per adult due at signing. 2. Lease fee:
$200 per apartment due at signing. 3. Deposits range from $250 to 2
months’ worth of rent. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments require a
deposit of $250 based on credit approval. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom
apartments require a deposit of $350 based on credit approval.

ARE THERE ANY FEES/DEPOSITS FOR
There is a $250-$350 non-refundable pet fee (based on age of pet),
as well as a pet rent of $25 - $45 per pet (based on pet
weight/age), per month. We do require the following documentation
for pets: Completed pet application & Completed pet lease
WHEN IS MOVE-IN DAY AND HOW LONG IS
THE LEASE AGREEMENT?
Lease agreements typically last 12 months. There is no set move in
day and move in as allowed at any point during the month.
DO YOU OFFER SHORT TERM LEASES?
We allow leases to end throughout the year depending on
availability as short as 6 months. There may be an additional rent
premium due for short term leases.
WHEN IS RENT DUE?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month; however, a grace period will
be allowed until 11:59 pm of the 3rd of the month. Online rental
payments through the Resident Portal App can be automatically set
IS RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIRED?
No, however it is encouraged. Renters insurance is a policy you can
purchase to protect your personal property as the
management/landlords are not responsible for replacement to
tenants. Replacement of your belongings if they are damaged, lost,
or stolen could be covered. The Collier Companies does not promote
any specific insurance coverage.
DO YOU ALLOW SUBLETTING?
Yes. However, the resident will be responsible for finding his/her
own sublet. Once someone has agreed to take over the lease, both
parties will work with the leasing team to complete any necessary
