WHAT TYPE OF APARTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE?

Bel Air/Village West offers 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans. We also have 4 houses available for rental! Ask your leasing specialist which floor plan may work best for you based on what you are looking for in your new apartment home.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES/DEPOSITS?

1. Application fee: $50 per adult due at signing. 2. Lease fee: $200 per apartment due at signing. 3. Your deposit will depend on the outcome of your rental application review. Deposits start at $250 for a 1 bedroom/1bath and $350 for a 2 bedroom home. Deposits will be refunded after final inspections are completed with no damages to apartment home or outstanding charges.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

We are pet friendly with no breed restrictions up to 80 lbs. The pet fee ranges from $250-$350, and pet rent ranges from $25-45. Both pet fee and pet rent are dependent upon the age and weight of your pet.

WHEN IS MOVE-IN DAY?

Please call our office for move in and move out dates.

DO YOU OFFER SHORT TERM LEASES?

We offer lease terms ranging from 8-13 months. For any lease term under 11 months, there are additional charges.

WHEN IS RENT DUE?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and will be considered late on the 4th. There are late fees of $50.00 on the 4th and $10.00 each day after until paid in full. Online rental payments through the Resident Portal App can be automatically set up.

IS RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIRED?

No, however it is encouraged. Renters insurance is a policy you can purchase to protect your personal property as the management/landlords are not responsible for replacement to tenants. Replacement of your belongings if they are damaged, lost, or stolen could be covered. The Collier Companies does not promote any specific insurance coverage.

DO YOU ALLOW REASSIGNMENTS?

Yes. However, the resident will be responsible for finding his/her own reassignment. Once someone has agreed to take over the lease, both parties will work with the leasing team to complete any necessary paperwork.
